TERMS & CONDITIONS
• All prices are quoted subject to availability and are subject to change
• Manor Direct reserves the right to propose price changes subject to stock and availability changes
• All prices are exclusive of VAT
• Manor Direct reserves possession of all goods until cleared funds are received as payment
• Payment methods include Cheque, Direct Bank Transfer, Cash, Bankers Draft
• Where payment is made by way of bank transfer or by cheque, Manor Direct will provide appropriate bank or payee details upon request. With the aforementioned payment methods suitable clearance time must be taken into consideration; goods will not be released until cleared funds are in place
• All sales are final; Manor Direct assumes no responsibility for goods once they are sold
• Any claims with regards to damaged or unsatisfactory goods will be carefully considered on a professional and individual basis and all decisions are final
• On occasions and where pre-determined, Manor Direct will operate on a "buy-back" basis. Any returns will be subject to a 10% handling and collection charge. Other pre-determined conditions will apply and will be discussed and decided upon between Manor Direct and the clients
• Manor Direct reserves to right to assess any previously quoted price when "buy back" orders are placed
• Any complaints or concerns must be addressed to Complaints@manordirect.com
• Cash discounts will be given on a pre-negotiated basis only. Any discount will be deducted from net prices; i.e. the prices exclusive of VAT
• Pre-determined and pre-negotiated discounts will be considered and assigned for larger quantity and / or cash orders, subject to negotiation
• Manor Direct reserve the right to alter any previously quoted prices without prior notice being issued; we will however, promise to endeavour to inform clients of proposed changes in a timely, efficient and professional manner and where applicable, suitable negotiation between parties will be strongly considered
• Deliveries will be arranged subject to a pre-negotiated delivery fee
• Manor Direct require 48 hours notice in writing regarding delivery instructions, to include the full name and contact telephone number of a chosen person who will take and sign for delivery of goods, nominated delivery address, and preferred delivery time; any changes to this arrangement must entail the client notifying Manor Direct at the earliest possible opportunity (in writing), at which point Manor Direct will do their utmost to cooperate
• Manor Direct will do their utmost to cater to all preferred delivery options, however a suitable arrangement for both parties must be reached
